Make appointments for you to see all the properties appropriate to your needs and take you on a guided tour of the area.

Gather information for you on real estate taxes, utilities, insurance, and other ownership costs and services, along with local area information.
Suggest ways to make properties you select a better investment.
Offer properties without regard to race, creed, sex, religion, or national origin.
Advise you on professional inspection services for your protection.
Thoroughly review the sales contract, addendum, disclosures, and all details including your protections, obligations, and closing costs.
Prepare the offer at your direction for presentation to the seller, assist in negotiations, and help bring the transaction to a successful closing. I will explain all paperwork and procedures and coordinate with the sellers for you.
Provide information on additional professional services such as attorneys, title insurance companies, mortgage brokers, warranty companies, etc.
Monitor, coordinate, and advise you on critical closing details including inspections, contract deadlines, contingencies, approvals, mortgage process, insurance requirements, final walk-through, etc.
Assist you with transfer of utilities and the many details of purchase.
