  • Analyze the best property choices for you. I will research and share with you property information from the complete Multiple Listing Service, other sources I may have, and all the new developer and builder products, so you don’t need to work with any other REALTOR.®  This will save you time and money. I will save you time by not showing you inappropriate properties. I will save you money by representing your interests and offering an objective opinion on all the options. I want to make your real estate purchase fun, efficient, and successful for you. My goal is to help you accomplish your goals and exceed your expectations.
  • Make appointments for you to see all the properties appropriate to your needs and take you on a guided tour of the area.
  • Provide you with factual information regarding real estate values, property specifications, locations, and amenities to help you make a sound buying decision.
  • Gather information for you on real estate taxes, utilities, insurance, and other ownership costs and services, along with local area information.
  • Suggest ways to make properties you select a better investment.
  • Offer properties without regard to race, creed, sex, religion, or national origin.
  • Advise you on professional inspection services for your protection.
  • Thoroughly review the sales contract, addendum, disclosures, and all details including your protections, obligations, and closing costs.
  • Prepare the offer at your direction for presentation to the seller, assist in negotiations, and help bring the transaction to a successful closing.  I will explain all paperwork and procedures and coordinate with the sellers for you.
  • Provide information on additional professional services such as attorneys, title insurance companies, mortgage brokers, warranty companies, etc.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and advise you on critical closing details including inspections, contract deadlines, contingencies, approvals, mortgage process, insurance requirements, final walk-through, etc.
  • Assist you with transfer of utilities and the many details of purchase.
  • Provide you with information regarding your special needs and concerns.
